- A binding contract is formed between you and BTH Holdings when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means that your order has been despatched.

- BTH Holdings is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act.
- We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. We do not store your credit card details.
- We hold your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders. We do not EVER send on customer details to third parties unless it required to fulfil an order, and under these circumstances the customers permission will always be sought.
- Your credit card details are not held by Us and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed

- Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
