We use Protx to process our online payments and your payment details are never recorded or stored by us.
In addition, we never pass on your details to third parties unless it relates directly to the goods or service you have ordered and we have actively sought your permission to do so.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If you wish to make a complaint we ask you to do so in writing via email to our Customer Service team, or by the post to the below address. We will reply to all matters within 2 working days.
