Refunds & Returns Policy
We try really hard here at the Loveshack to select award winning toys and lingerie from around the world so our customers only get the very best but occasionally you may need to send items back to us and you’ll be pleased to hear we offer a strict no-quibble returns policy.
Unwanted orders and items
- You can cancel any order within 7 days of placing it and we’ll give you a full refund on all items (we will retain the shipping costs if your order has already been sent
- You can exchange any item for goods to the equivalent value up to 30 days from date of receipt it, without explanation.
Please note, we can offer both these services when all items remain unused in their original sealed packaging.
Unwanted items and orders must be shipped back to us at your own expense, alternatively you can contact us for a freepost label however a deduction will be made from the refund to cover associated charges.
Returning Lingerie
We’re obviously more than happy for you to try on your lingerie however we ask you to keep you own underwear on at all times and take care not to remove any of the labels.
If any lingerie is returned without the original packaging and labelling intact, or if we believe there is any signs of soiling the goods will be returned to you at your cost and no refund will be given.
Defective Items
If a product is defective, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please make sure the item is cleaned thoroughly and sealed in plastic bag before returning it to us in it’s original packaging.
Please contact us and we will provide a freepost label for the return.
The item will then be tested and if a fault is found a replacement will be sent out. If the product is found to be working then it will be returned to you at your own cost.
